Do the math on the whole night, not just the ticket

Ticket price is the easy number. The one people forget is what it costs to get home at closing on Halloween night.

Most Denver Halloween parties end somewhere between 1 and 3 AM, and every single person leaves at once. Before you compare two tickets, pull up your rideshare app, set the destination, and check what a 1 AM Halloween trip actually estimates. That number is part of the ticket price whether you count it or not.

The Palace closes at 1. Your room doesn’t.

We take over the whole hotel. Guest rooms start at $145 a night, and the 41 balcony rooms overlooking the main dance floor are $170. Those go first every year.

Two people: $48 each for GA, plus a $145 room split two ways — about $120 a person for the night, bed included.
Four people: the same room splits to $36 each. That’s $84 a person — ticket and a place to sleep.

How the tiers work

Tickets are released in tiers. Each tier is priced higher than the last, and a tier closes when it sells out — not on a date. There is no version of this where waiting saves money.

In 2025, GA sold through Early Bird, then Limited Discount, then Overflow. Every VIP tier sold out, including Last Available. All four table types sold out. The 2026 Early Bird is priced below where 2025 opened — and this is the first Saturday Halloween Denver has had in years.

Costumes are mandatory for every guest, contestant or not. Everyone is 21+ with valid ID — no exceptions, per Colorado liquor law.

GA gets you full run of the event — both environments, all entertainment, the costume contest, and access to the cash bars. VIP adds unlimited bar all night, express entry, private VIP bars and bathroom, and four exclusive areas: the garden patio next to the Atrium stage, the 4th-floor balconies overlooking the dance floor, and a full section inside the Haunted Forest.

No. GA is cash bar — multiple bars throughout both environments. VIP includes unlimited bar for the full night. At $64 between the two tiers at Early Bird pricing, if you plan on more than a few rounds, run the numbers before you choose.

Tables are $150 plus fees and come in four locations: Ballroom, Atrium, Balcony above the dance floor, and the 3rd Floor Tower Overlook. They’re a reserved spot for your group, not a ticket — everyone at the table still needs their own admission. All four types sold out in 2025.

Pull it up in the app you purchased through — TicketFairy or Eventbrite, both are accepted at the door — or have staff look up your reservation with your ID. Bring a valid 21+ ID regardless; without it, you can’t enter.

No refunds are issued for any reason. Tickets are transferable if you can’t make it.
